The new email address for TECH HELP is email@example.com. Feel free to ask about computers, digital cameras, programs, you name it, and someone will get back to you.
Get your New School email address now!
Your membership in the IRP is enhanced by getting your New School email account. It includes all of the Information Technology services you are entitled to as a New School student. To access these services, including your New School email account, you need to reset your account (NetID) password, even if you have already done so in the past. This will synchronize your password across all services, and ensure that everything is working correctly.
To reset your password:
1. Visit my.newschool.edu.
2. Click on the “Look up your NetID or Reset your Password” link in the login box. This will take you to the Account Services web page.
3. Click on the option “Reset Your Password” and complete the form as prompted. If you do not yet know your NetID, click on the “Look up your NetID” option prior to resetting your password.
Once you have reset your password, you can log into my.newschool.edu to find out more about the services and resources available to you. MyNewSchool provides access to email and other online services, course and personal information, registration and academic records, student financial services, library and academic technology resources, news, events, and much more.
All university communications will go to your New School email address (not your personal email address), so it is important that you check your account regularly. After you have logged into MyNewSchool, you will see a preview of your email messages on the right side of the screen. You can also navigate directly to mail.newschool.edu. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the receipt of this message for your New School email account to become active.
If you need help or have any questions about your New School account, NetID, or other technology services, visit the Information Technology website at www.newschool.edu/it or call: IT Central at 212.229.5300 xHELP (4357)
